The above passages clearly indicates that it is the plan of God to cause the righteous to sit with kings on the throne, signifying the place of authority and dominion. And the righteous here of course, are the believers in Christ. But the word says, these same righteous ones could be bound in fetters and in the cords of affliction. Indicating to us that merely being a believer does not guarantee instant liberty in certain areas of the believer’s life. And one these could be in the area of finance .And this may be either the way they handle money or the lack of proper attention that they do not give to the issue of money as believers.
